The Technical Assistance Center Analyst is an IT professional with system administration/ customer service skills applicable to an Enterprise Data Center experience.  Server exposure or familiarity with (Windows 2003-2008-2012, ESX, Linux, VCenter) is required.  Exposure or familiarity with hardware and concepts for SAN storage, network, and hosted or supported application interactions are required.  First Call Incident resolution is task one in the infrastructure Enterprise Data Center environment for the position.  Incidents generated from a monitoring event or direct customer contact requires empirical troubleshooting skills gained from experience and training.  The TAC Analyst will monitor, receive incidents and actions from multiple sources, capture, remediate or transfer to higher tier support, documenting the health, performance and status of the Enterprise Data Center.  The work is performed on a three shift basis and is addressed in a 24/7 model for support.  A Security + Comptia certificate is required or quickly obtained.  A minimum Secret Clearance is required or quickly cleared.

• Provide guidance and direction to UX developers to ensure web solutions are designed and built to be accessible
• Conduct Accessibility compliance testing of web sites, software applications, and documents using the WCAG 2.0 guidelines or Section 508 technical accessibility standards
• Provide clear explanation of why desired features and functionality may or may not be considered accessible
• Provide technical assistance and remediation guidance to developers
• Interpret and apply the WCAG 2.0 guidelines or Section 508 technical standards to a wide variety of environments and applications to ensure compliance
• Recommend potential solutions by evaluating new and emerging assistive technologies designed to increase accessibility in the network environment
Skills Required: MUST HAVE ALL REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE CONSIDERED.
• Hands-on experience designing complex software interface layouts that are accessible to people with disabilities
• Extensive experience in accessibility techniques for software, web, and documents
• A track record of auditing and documenting compliance against WCAG 2.0 guidelines and Section 508 technical standards.
• Experience in the use of testing instruments, such as screen reader software (JAWS, Windows Eyes, NVDA), screen magnification software, voice recognition software, etc.
• Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.0 technical techniques and guidelines. Knowledge of the Commonwealth standards is a plus.

Program Name: HPES Army Human Resource Systems (AHRS)

The subcontractor will provide a strong base of skilled resources with full knowledge of Operations support.  The contractor resources will be assigned to the operations team.  The subcontractor will assist the team with maintaining and or enhancing the DTAS, eMILPO and TPS applications.  Based on the current functional areas on the contract, HPES anticipates that supplier may serve in a support role for the following functional areas:
The supplier may provide a strong base of skilled resources with full knowledge operational support of productions systems.  As part of the operations team the supplier may assist the team with keeping the development, testing and production systems operational.  This may include the following tasks, System Administration, Security, Networking and Database Administration.
The supplier may provide a strong base of skilled resources with knowledge of Army Personnel systems to support the AHRS Configuration Management (CM) team.  As part of the Configuration Management team the supplier may track project deliverables, develops and maintains CM processes and procedures, maintains the CM Library, and Coordinates and facilitates the Configuration Control Board (CCB) and the Internal Review Board (IRB).  The qualified resources for the CM team needs to have very good communication skills and be skilled in one or more of the following functional / technical areas:  functional knowledge of Army Personnel systems, Clear Quest, TFS, and Remedy.

Qualifications;

Supplier will provide personnel with the following qualifications and skills to perform the Services:

Job Description :

This person is an Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Data Integrator and will provide project planning and technical support to the application developers and TWAI application business owners.  This resource will be the primary point of contact for Oracle Data Integrator Product throughout the application life cycle.  In this role, the individual will ensure Oracle Data Integrator readiness compliance; propose architectural solutions to support Oracle Data Integrator requirements for high availability, reliability, security, etc.; work with clients to develop and update migration project schedules and provide appropriate communications. Must be willing to handle complexity and troubleshoot various technical scenarios on various software platforms.
  • At least 5 years of application instrumentation systems design, deployment, and support experience is desirable.
  1.   Required Skills and/or Product Knowledge:
  2. A third party assessment test will be required as determined by HP prior to on boarding.
  3. Need a resource fully knowledgeable with the Oracle Data Integrator software.
  4. 5 years of Oracle Data Integrator  experience including design, administration, configuration and integration with COTS products.  Focus is on the Administration of the Oracle Data Integrator Product.
  5. Must have experience with installing and configuring Oracle Data Integrator on Solaris 10 Operating System. .
  6. Must be able to provide installation, optimization, and troubleshooting support for the Oracle Data Integrator and associated Oracle Data Integrator products.
  7. Must be able to work with Developers who design, develop, code test and implement procedures to load the data warehouse according to the approved design and technical models incorporating the business rules and data requirements
  8. Document the modified application design, code, logic, packages, modules or triggers in the appropriate tool and update the operations manual.
  9. Will work with a team supporting the customer.
  • Experience in integrating and deploying Oracle Data Integrator Product in a shared hosting environment
  • Working knowledge of production Web hosting environments is required
  • Strong knowledge of  Solaris 8 and 10 administration 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to produce written documentation (procedures and work instructions)
