Required skills/Level of Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a developer, including interface experience
- Solid comprehension writing PL/SQL, packages, and stored procedures
- Experience of Middleware, SOA, Web Services, SOAP, REST, and XML
- Experience integrating applications and different databases
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with writing design documents
- Hands on experience with data modeling and process modeling tools, and relational databases like Oracle
- Experience with PRISM
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience working directly with federal/state government agencies
