Job description:

Position is for a senior level Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) Developer (5+ years) with relevant experience in production support, development and FMW administration. Position will require in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware development and admin activities including development of Applications integrating with Oracle E-Business Suite. Experience to Oracle Enterprise Repository and Oracle Service Registry experience a plus.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in developing and deploying BPEL Processes using technology adapters ( Oracle Applications, DB Adapter, File Adapter, FTP Adapter, JMS Adapter), Fault handling(catch and catchall), Messaging and Alerts , Transformations and Sensors.

• Excellent understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) with the middleware technologies and using Oracle AS and BPEL PM for application integration.

• Very good experience with Web Services, XML, XSL, XSLT, XPATH, XQuery, WSDL, Java, BAM and Oracle Business Rules Engine.

• Expertise with JDeveloper, PL/SQL Developer, Toad, SQL*plus and Eclipse.

• Good experience with implementing Human Workflow into BPEL orchestration, creating Business Rules, Rule sets, Dictionary of rules, rules Repository, OAF and Oracle ADF.

• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Analysis, Design, and Development and Testing of applications in SOA, Java, J2EE and other related technologies.

• Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g, SOA Suite 11g, Oracle Service Bus 11g , Oracle Enterprise Repository 11g, WebLogic Server 10.3.6+, CollabNet Subversion (SVN)

• Expertise in performance tuning on FMW Applications.

The subcontractor will provide a strong base of skilled resources with full knowledge of Operations support.  The contractor resources will be assigned to the operations team.  The subcontractor will assist the team with maintaining and or enhancing the DTAS, eMILPO and TPS applications.  Based on the current functional areas on the contract, HPES anticipates that supplier may serve in a support role for the following functional areas:

The supplier may provide a strong base of skilled resources with full knowledge operational support of productions systems.  As part of the operations team the supplier may assist the team with keeping the development, testing and production systems operational.  This may include the following tasks, System Administration, Security, Networking and Database Administration.

The supplier may provide a strong base of skilled resources with knowledge of Army Personnel systems to support the AHRS Configuration Management (CM) team.  As part of the Configuration Management team the supplier may track project deliverables, develops and maintains CM processes and procedures, maintains the CM Library, and Coordinates and facilitates the Configuration Control Board (CCB) and the Internal Review Board (IRB).  The qualified resources for the CM team needs to have very good communication skills and be skilled in one or more of the following functional / technical areas:  functional knowledge of Army Personnel systems, Clear Quest, TFS, and Remedy.

Qualifications;

Supplier will provide personnel with the following qualifications and skills to perform the Services:

·         Good team player

·         Solid Understanding of the Configuration Management life cycle.
