Job Description :
The Applications Solutions Architect would be responsible for designing solutions for sales and marketing with special emphasis on salesforce.com cloud platform and integrating SFDC with other systems, including SAP. The technical lead will also be responsible for managing and participating in projects p`rimarily based on the Salesforce.com platform.

Responsibilities:
·         Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce.com to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support adoption.
·         Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.
·         Act as gatekeeper for deployment, app-exchange installations and new functionalities.
·         Participate on projects in a variety of roles
o    As a project leader, define project scope, schedule and deliverables and manage effort to delivery, coordinating vendor and internal resources to execute projects.
o    As a technical lead, contribute to solution design, effort estimation and oversee technical solution delivery.
·         Perform design / code reviews and advocate best practices.
·         Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.
·         Identify SFDC usage problems and craft technical / communication plans to remedy.
·         Monitor and ensure security considerations are in line with corporate policies and objectives.
·         Maintain user roles, security, profiles and user license requirements.
·         Ability to integrate and harvest social media for sales and marketing.
·         Ability to lead a group to consensus, solves problems, and accomplish tasks.
·         Train, guide and assist developers with regular operational support and project work.
·         Prioritize and allocate work to develop team across cross-functional teams.
·         Maintains awareness and evaluates and recommends actions related to new and emerging technologies in CRM world.
·         Contribute on support model and support related tasks where necessary.

Job Requirements :
  • Project management experience with either waterfall or agile methodology on cloud platform.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in salesforce.com technologies and app-exchange products.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in database design, development and management.
  • Experience with force.com IDE, Data loader and migration tools.
  • Experience with integration technologies using web services and other available tools.
  • Experience managing vendors and cloud partners relations.
  • Knowledge of project management/change management on cloud platform.
  • Knowledge of force.com IDE/eclipse and various integration methodologies.
  • Proficient in SOQL, SOSL and cloud integrated database backups and restorations.
  • Knowledge of other CRM systems such as MS-Dynamics, SAP, and/or Siebel
  • Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures.
 Desired skills:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
  • Certification in project management.

Description of duties and responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be self-motivated with high energy and drive to excel. The ability to independently and intelligently reason and provide solutions is a must. The candidate should have a proven track record working collaboratively with customers and colleagues. Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
•         Partners with MSA Business leaders and executives to identify needs and opportunities for agile BW solutions with improved data analytics and delivery. 
•         Performs investigational analysis with the business to determine project feasibility, define value propositions, and establishes ROI for BW projects.
•         Drive SAP-BW projects, implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support.
•         Work closely with MSA Leadership Team, IT Departments and key business users of BW gathering business requirements.
•         Translates business requirements into functional specifications.
•         Work with architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.
•         Help prepare and maintain documentation, including procedures, system specifications, technical documentation, computer training materials and user manuals.

Job Statement
The SAP ABAP Developer II supports the SAP-ISU applications such as Billing, Invoicing, Printing, Device Management, FICA and other Applications. Duties include providing technical expertise for design,  development, testing, implementation and production support. This individual works with functional analysts and translates business requirements into technical coding and configuration solutions.

Essential Duties
Develop and adapt technical solutions/options into detailed technical design documents, ensuring all functional requirements are met in the technical design.

·         Supports SAP modules by implementing, solving break/fix issues, and by providing design and development of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)
·         Manages the construction of code based on a technical design, following all development standards.

Job Requirements

Education/Training/Certifications: B.S. in Computer Information Systems or related field is required.

The SR BI/BW Architect provides functional, technical and architectural leadership and plays an important role in evaluating and improving the design of our existing and planned SAP Business Warehouse (BW)/Business Objects (BOBJ) / Business Intelligence (BI) systems. Leads full-lifecycle Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing projects.


Experience Required:
1. 5+ years of experience architecting, developing and implementing SAP BW business reporting systems/solutions.
2. Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
3. Ability to gather business requirements and translate them to technical requirements/solution design.
4. Strong understanding and experience with at least one front-end reporting and analytical tool (Business Objects InfoView/Webi desired).
5. Advanced knowledge of configuring BW data objects.
6. Advanced knowledge of BW Extractors from the SAP system..
7. Working knowledge of SAP structures, object dependencies and tables.

Duties:
1. Develop and maintain the overall technical architecture and standards for SAP Business Information Warehouse and Business Objects BI platform.
2. Assess and manage BI performance optimization efforts.
3. Contribute toward evolving company’s analytical self-service/ad hoc reporting capabilities using existing or future toolsets.
4. Prepare appropriate documentation and ensure that new functionality is properly transitioned to reporting users.
5. Develop prototypes in various BI tools for capability assessment and demonstrations.
6. Accurately estimate work efforts and time estimates.
7. Participate and contribute to development and management work plans.
8. Work with business partners and internal staff on resolving platform production defects and performance issues.
9. Accountable for the BI Solution Architecture, stability and sustainability.
10. Responsible for requirements gathering, solution design best practices, and leveraging all available tools.
11. Propose optimal ways to address business demands (trouble tickets, new requirements, etc.) for BI with a goal of delivering maximum overall value for BI investments.
12. Promote BI within the Business User Community to better leverage existing BI solutions and position BI for appropriate future needs.
13. Participate and develop BI landscape strategy including optimal setup to support multiple/parallel
project deliverables.
14. Develop ongoing methods to deliver BI governance metrics (i.e. usage, memory, space, queries, etc.).
15. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 
Education/Training/Certifications: B.S. in Computer Information Systems or related field is required.


The following skill set would be a plus:
1. Knowledge of SAP ISU for Utilities Solution.
2. Experience in BW system upgrades.
3. BW integration with SAP Portals/Netweaver
4. Custom ABAP development skills
5. Web Services development experience with BW
6. Experience with other Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing ETL and OLAP technologies
7. Experience in SAP BO 4.0.
8. Experience leading at least one full-lifecycle Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing project.
