PROGRAM
DESCRIPTION
The mission
of the Marine Corps Enterprise Information Technology Services (MCEITS) program
is to provide enterprise IT services, service support and the infrastructure
necessary to enable a secure, collaborative, interoperable information sharing
environment for the warfighting and business domains.
JOB
SUMMARY
The Change
Analyst is responsible for providing on-site guidance / direction to the
overall MCEITS Change Management (ChM) process.
In addition, will perform daily assessments of all Change Requests
(CRQs) to ensure current change status, through the use of tool console and
reporting. Generate and distribute the
bi-weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) Agenda and Meeting Minutes, as well as updating the
results within in each disposition change record. Maintain and provide timely
follow-up to all assigned action items and pending change requests, as well as
assigned tasks. The Change Analyst reports directly to the SAIC Change Manager.
PRIMARY
RESPONSIBLITIES

Facilitate
the MCEITS Change Advisory Board (CAB) and distribute the meeting minutes
·
Provide
ChM metrics and status reports
·
Manage
the Change Request status throughout ChM process workflow
·
Ensure
that the ChM process is followed efficiently and with high quality information
·
Provide
Remedy Change Module Training to End Users and assigned Change Coordinator’s
BASIC
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
·
Bachelor's degree in related field and 5+ years related
experience. Experience with process
improvement, documentation and/or quality management concepts.
·
Change Management support role in Data Center Operations
similar to MCEITS
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· ITIL v3 Foundation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
PREFFERED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
·
Bachelor's
degree in related field and 8+ years related experience.
·
1+
years of experience with Remedy Change
Module
·
Analytics
a plus

ITIL v3 RCV
