Job Title: Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)

Job Description:

We are looking for a contractor to help us configure Kronos Workforce Integration Manager. This role will be involved in a project to transfer accruals data form Kronos to PeopleSoft to meet requirements for a new law in
California, as well as transfer additional data from Kronos to PeopleSoft for payroll processing using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM). This is a technical role and the manager would like the consultant to have
experience using Kronos Workforce Integration Manager.

Required Skills:
• 3+ years Kronos Experience
• Knowledge of configuring Kronos WIM (Workforce Integration Manager)
• Deep knowledge of Kronos 6.2 and integrations
• Comfortable developing and executing detailed test scenarios and provide testing support to the team
• Demonstrated communication/consulting skills- written and verbal
• Comfortable advising customers on system configuration, system processes and procedures
