Automation Architect

Job Description:
Design scalable and flexible automation solutions
(infrastructure, application, and integrations) to meet current and future
demand for automation based upon known business requirements. Ensure solution
continues to meet business requirements as they evolve and performance
requirements as the automation program is expanded. Review and solution all
incoming demand which may include cross platform integration to facilitate the
automation and orchestration of complex workflows.
Experienced IT automation engineer/architect needed to
assist with establishing vision, strategy, roadmap, evaluation, design and
implementation of automation and autonomics solutions (infrastructure and
application integration). Skills and experience with systems provisioning
automation is essential. Knowledge of or experience with software
development build automation and test automation a strong plus. Will be
assisting a global organization transform its IT into a dynamic, elastic,
self-monitoring, self-healing environment. Experience with one or more of
the following technologies is necessary:
• Chef or Puppet
• Microsoft PowerShell
• Vmware Vrealize
• IPSoft
