Description
The CRM Administrator will be the primary product owner of the Oracle CRM On Demand solution for Client.  Core responsibilities include the following:
                    Work with business stakeholders across multiple departments to leverage CRM for campaign management, lead management, sales force automation, client implementations and vendor management opportunities.
                    Gather scope and requirements from Stakeholders
                    Design CRM solutions to meet business requirements
                    Work with IT resources to develop integration points, including web services, ETLs and data load utilities.
                    Configure and extend the CRM application user interface and workflow to support business solutions.
                    Administer application security for the CRM application.
                    Configure Oracle Marketing On Demand to support business campaign management objectives.
                    Ensure user adoption by working with training and the business community to establish efficient workflows, job aids and a training program for new functionality releases.

In order to be successful at this role, a candidate will need the following skills and experience:
                    5 plus years of hands on administrator level experience with Oracle CRM On Demand
                    1 year experience with Oracle Marketing On Demand
                    5 years of IT project experience
                    A proven record of delivering CRM solutions that receive high adoption
                    A technical background that includes exposure to web services, SQL, and data mapping principles.
                    Ability to work independently and bring in other IT resources when needed.
                    Ability to communicate effectively with the functional experts in the business as well as the technical resources in IT.
                    Must be a team player

We are seeking an uncommon professional to join our team as a Sr .NET Web Developer

This is a position that is vacant due to an internal promotion and move to another area within the company, working standard business hours Monday through Friday in our Madison, Wisconsin location. This person will work in the IT area that supports our Web Marketing & Services area of the company. This person will be part of a small team, 4-7 members. Retail web channel experience is ideal for this position and is preferred. Bring ideas to the table and influence the problem-solving decision making process.

Job Responsibilities

25% 1. Independently perform analysis and design in translating business requirements into technical specifications, present options, evaluate and recommend solutions. Drive out unperceived business needs, leverage existing solutions (across CUNA Mutual, publicly available, vendor packages, etc.) where appropriate. Identify and communicate the area-wide impact of interrelated activities. Proactively identify and communicate process and system improvement ideas to IT or business. Develop and oversee the implementation of approved project plans and activities. Track overall project progress and report status and any issues to management and project team members

25% 2. Direct the development of business systems solutions from conceptualization through stabilization using various computer platforms. Provide leadership, technical guidance and training to professional staff in project management, planning, estimating, reporting, scheduling, quality assurance and workflow direction on medium to large projects. Provide constructive feedback to individual team members and their respective manager regarding performance on projects and support work.

20% 3. Develop, test, implement, document and maintain high quality business systems solutions on various computer platforms, adhering to established methodology and practices, and in accordance with project plans.

10% 4 . Develop and maintain a high degree of client-specific knowledge and associated business systems knowledge commensurate with work experience. Collaborate effectively with management, team members and clients to influence solution development decisions.

10% 5. Maintain knowledge of application development technologies, methodologies, and standards. Acquire and effectively apply new technical skills as driven by business need and/or technology advancements. Develop and maintain a good understanding of industry trends and proactively communicate issues of relevance to decision-makers.

10% 6. Promptly and professionally assume ownership and respond to customer requests. Perform and direct others in root cause analysis, impact analysis, problem determination and problem resolution support. Collaborate with appropriate business and IT staff throughout the problem resolution process

Job Requirements

1.                 BS in MIS or CS or equiv trade-off in related education and related professional work experience.
2.                 5+ years work experience in IT with the most recent 24 months work experience as a developer or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience within the last 3 years with demonstrated achievement and progressive responsibilities.
3.                 High level of proficiency demonstrated in a business environment with the last 3 years in at least 4 of the following:
                    Application development life cycle
                    Object Oriented development
                    Current Microsoft Development environment
                    Web Services Development
                    Problem Resolution
                    IT Support of Vendor Package within CMG architecture
4.                 Demonstrated superior working knowledge of application development concepts in a multi-platform computing environment, including application development life cycle, n-tier development, object oriented design, etc
5.                 Demonstrated breadth of knowledge of information technology concepts and deep expertise in application development in at least one business system area, including business application, information and/or technical architecture design experience.
6.                 Demonstrated good judgment and reliability
7.                 Demonstrated skills in translating business requirements into technical design, project planning and organization for medium to large size projects and providing leadership to a team of developers.
8.                 Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate business and technical information, both verbally and in writing.
9.                 Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service.

Job Specific Requirements

10.              3+ years experience working with: ASP & Visual Basic .NET, content management solutions (SharePoint, etc), web analytics (Google or Omniture), AJAX, Javascript (jQuery), JSON, HTML/XHTML/DOM/CSS/XML/XSL

Job Responsibilities

        Consults with business unit client(s). Analyzes business needs and processes and defines business requirements.
        Recommends appropriate technology solutions considering costs, time, resources, technical, functional and other requirements.
        Oversees the configuration of information systems and tests, as needed, to ensure accurate results and satisfy any audit compliance requirements. Defines and develops interfaces between information systems as needed.
        Trains end users on systems technology developed, as needed.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

        SAP BI certification.
        Experience in SAP BPC, and In-Memory Technologies (such as SAP HANA and SAP BWA)
        5 years’ experience with SAP DW including both backend cube development and front end reporting experience in BI.
        5 years’ experience with SAP DW data modeling (design and build infoproviders).
        5 years’ experience with SAP data acquisition and data transformation development including developing generic extraction programs and interfaces.
        5 years’ experience with SAP DW/BI Authorization Analysis.
        5 years’ experience working with SAP BI Content.
        3 years BOBJ Administration experience and a solid understanding of Business Objects Architecture.
        3 years including BusinessObjects Enterprise platform, Crystal, WebI, XCelsius, and Voyager.
        BOBJ development with SAP ERP/ECC and SAP BW as sources.
        Minimum of 5 years with monitoring, analyzing, tuning and optimizing SAP BW system including knowledge of BI scheduling tools.
        3 SAP BW upgrade projects or equivalent.
        5 years of leadership and project management experience in various solution delivery methodologies (ASAP, Agile)
        General understanding of utility industry and PSE business practices and procedures.
        Good understanding of IT policies and procedures.
