                    CRM integration through web service
                    CRM application administration and configuration
                    Marketing on demand administration
                    We use Marketing on demand for our campaign management, so we need someone with skills with that sub-module.

Description
The CRM Administrator will be the primary product owner of the Oracle CRM On Demand solution for Client.  Core responsibilities include the following:
                    Work with business stakeholders across multiple departments to leverage CRM for campaign management, lead management, sales force automation, client implementations and vendor management opportunities.
                    Gather scope and requirements from Stakeholders
                    Design CRM solutions to meet business requirements
                    Work with IT resources to develop integration points, including web services, ETLs and data load utilities.
                    Configure and extend the CRM application user interface and workflow to support business solutions.
                    Administer application security for the CRM application.
                    Configure Oracle Marketing On Demand to support business campaign management objectives.
                    Ensure user adoption by working with training and the business community to establish efficient workflows, job aids and a training program for new functionality releases.

In order to be successful at this role, a candidate will need the following skills and experience:
                    5 plus years of hands on administrator level experience with Oracle CRM On Demand
                    1 year experience with Oracle Marketing On Demand
                    5 years of IT project experience
                    A proven record of delivering CRM solutions that receive high adoption
                    A technical background that includes exposure to web services, SQL, and data mapping principles.
                    Ability to work independently and bring in other IT resources when needed.
                    Ability to communicate effectively with the functional experts in the business as well as the technical resources in IT.
                    Must be a team player
