Job Description:
The contractor shall provide Remedy workflows and application
configuration for helpdesk trouble ticketing, incident, problem, change, and
asset management. The contractor shall provide maintenance of the Remedy
database and assist in engineering daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly
checklists for enterprise monitoring and preventative maintenance. The
contractor shall provide Remedy training workshops instructing support users on
helpdesk trouble ticketing, asset, change, and incident management. These
workshops will also help to develop constantly changing workflows. The
contractor shall provide documentation of Remedy Action Request System (ARS)/
IT Service Management (ITSM) to include workflows and customizations.
Required Skills & Experience:
The contractor will have a working knowledge of Non-Classified Internet
Protocol Router (NIPR) and Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) Network
servers, DoD security protocols and Security Technical Implementation Guides
(STIG). The contractor will have a working knowledge of Virtual Machine (VM)
environment. The contractor shall have a working knowledge of Information
Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and IT Service Management
(ITSM). The contractor will have a working knowledge of Remedy Development
(7.6.04 and higher) and SQL Server 2008 R2 or SQL 2012.
