Job Description:
Seasoned engineer with ability to design and implement enterprise datacenter security technologies. Must possess architecture, capacity, and solution design skillsets; vendor management; and team leadership experience. Candidate must also communicate well and deliver significant technological documentation in support of customer continual operations.
Seasoned engineer with ability to design and implement enterprise datacenter security technologies. Must possess architecture, capacity, and solution design skillsets; vendor management; and team leadership experience. Candidate must also communicate well and deliver significant technological documentation in support of customer continual operations.
Successful candidate will be familiar with modern
datacenter toolsets, platforms, and integrations; possess documented experience
with Splunk; and have exposure to the VMware product portfolio and multiple
datacenter disciplines to include networking, firewalling, auditing, and
security.
This position will operate as part of a multi-discipline
datacenter implementation responsible to deploy, configure, secure, and accredit
multiple DoD environments. A DoD secret clearance or higher is required.
Qualifications
Required Educational Background
BA/BS required.
Required Experience/Skills:
Minimum of five years of datacenter security technology systems design and implementation experience at an enterprise level (100 or more hosts). The applicant will demonstrate experience in implementing and managing Splunk, and ACAS. Familiarity with DoD STIG and DIACAP or RMF.
Required Educational Background
BA/BS required.
Required Experience/Skills:
Minimum of five years of datacenter security technology systems design and implementation experience at an enterprise level (100 or more hosts). The applicant will demonstrate experience in implementing and managing Splunk, and ACAS. Familiarity with DoD STIG and DIACAP or RMF.
Excellent written and oral communication
skills.
Security+ certification (ability to
achieve certificate within 30 days of start)
Desired
Skills:
Proficiency in Splunk event management, Palo Alto NGFW, and DoD accreditation.

and performance management.
Special Circumstances:
Job is in Kansas City, MO. At least 20% travel anticipated
Must be a US Citizen. Secret clearance required.
