Description:
Champions the iteration
to completion, providing vision and removing obstacles to iteration progress
Leads a Client Team
in Delivering functionality on time, and with high quality using the scrum
process. Scrum masters live in the
iteration.
Responsibilities:
·
Motivates
Pod Team to understand the direction purpose & importance of the project
·
Drives
the Team to report and update the status of user stories on a daily basis
·
Writes
or reviews the weekly status report
·
Responsible
for identifying, mitigating, and resolving issues and risks
·
Organizes
sprints to deliver projects in a series of multiple releases
·
Ensures
Pod maintains a predictable velocity
·
Responsible
to deliver potentially shippable software that provides value to the customer
·
Acts as
liaison to subject matter expertise as needed to resolve defects & manage
incidents
·
Escalate
risks and issues & eliminate blockers
·
Carry
forward tasks and facilitate break downs
·
Document
all communication relevant to a story, in Agile Development Tool

– can deliver concise daily, weekly, and releases status. Can interact with all roles (devs, analysts,
architects, leaders, etc….) with the client organization.
