PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The mission of the Marine Corps Enterprise Information Technology
Services (MCEITS) program is to provide enterprise IT services, service support
and the infrastructure necessary to enable a secure, collaborative,
interoperable information sharing environment for the warfighting and business
domains.
JOB SUMMARY
The Change Analyst is
responsible for assessing requests for change, and determining the risks and
impact for requested changes. The Change Analyst works for the Change Manager
and with Configuration Management, Release Management, and the operational
support staff.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES
· Facilitate the MCEITS Change
Advisory Board (CAB)
· Provide CM metrics and status
reports
· Manage the CRQ status through
the workflow
· Ensure that the CM process is
followed efficiently and with high quality information
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor's degree in related
field and 5+ years related experience. Experience with process
improvement, documentation and/or quality management concepts.
· Change Management support
role in Data Center Operations similar to MCEITS
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· ITIL v3 Foundation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
PREFFERED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor's
degree in related field and 8+ years related experience.

ITIL v3 RCV
