Business Analyst III Role
Expectations:
•
Ensure Agile teams meet business need as defined by the Product Owner.
• Help explain business need to the Scrum teams.
• Using Agile methodology best practice, lead in the creation of Epics, Themes and Stories.
• Under minimal direction, formulate and define system scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of information technology, business processes, and industry requirements.
• Act as a liaison between client and technical solutions/ support groups, using advanced communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate client requirements.
• Apply extensive knowledge of the client’s business and industry to develop requirements specifications.
• Document requirements, and translate into proper system requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes and tools.
• Develop visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design.
• Execute and coordinate requirements management and change management processes.
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support management of scope and expectations.
• Operates as a team member. Advise on methods to improve business processes.

possess the following required skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Documented experience in performing requirements gathering sessions for systems implementations.
• Documented experience creating technical roadmaps to develop and implement a complex system rewrite.
• 3 years’ experience in verbal and written communication with clients and technical staff in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in multiple phases of SDLC is required.
• Skills and personal characteristics that enable them to deal successfully with a large variety of management personnel and users
• Capability of giving attention to detail while still understanding and dealing with the global aspects of the project
• Motor Vehicle Registration and Licensing business domain expertise is preferred.
• Experience with SCRUM methodology is preferred
• Experience with test scripts development, execution and automation is preferred.
