Job Description:
Under direct supervision, conduct
operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk, execute scripts, answer
calls, troubleshoot, resolve and/or escalate technical issues, open and close
tickets, correlate events and incidents for management of Information
Technology Services.
The Enterprise Service Desk is a
24x7x365 day operation and candidates will be required to work any shift
(including nights, weekends, and holidays) in support of operations. Candidates
must have 2-4 years of experience in Information Technology and at least 1 year
of customer service experience.
Candidates need to be
compliant with DoDD Directive 8570.1 with a current Information Assurance
Technical (IAT) Level I or higher baseline certification. At least one of the
following certifications is required: CompTIA A+ CE, Network+ CE, or Security+
CE. Familiar with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best
practices.
