Will assist in developing a price
comparison functionality that will be used by the fair and reasonable pricing
analysts to determine if a price received by the government is fair and
reasonable.
Will work on a team of three, Business Analyst Lead and Oracle developer, to develop applications, tools and systems from requirements created by the Lead Analyst and that will be located in the Visual Studio Team System(VSTS). Development will be done utilizing C#, ASP.Net, ADO, Oracle. A formal systems life cycle methodology will be followed. Development will include extractions, validations, transformations, web services.

Will participate in team meetings and client interviews to clarify requirements, peer reviews and project planning. Will use business intelligence analytics to focus client requirements, to define and extract data from DLA data sources and available external data sources, analyze the data and provide conclusions and recommendations for the client’s consideration. Assist in researching and maintaining a knowledgebase of DLA supply chain business rules and business policies in both acquisition and customer management practices regarding fair and reasonable pricing.
Will develop data extractions and
analysis to provide both recurring reports and customized metrics to assess the
performance of supply chain vendor pricing methods.
