Job Duties
and Responsibilities:
* Install, configure and manage WebLogic Server and oracle fusion ware.
* Configuration, and management of Middleware products on UNIX and Linux environments.
* Work with J2EE framework components including JDBC, JMS, and JNDI.
* Tune Java heap size for the appropriate applications.
* Write Linux/UNIX Shell Scripts.
* Resolve install related issues.
* Download and apply patches.
* Analyze root cause of install related issue and provide solution.
* Resolve install related issues with Oracle support via service request.
Qualification Requirements:
* Experience with installing, configuring and managing the WebLogic Application server
Perform normal system administrator duties such as troubleshooting, configuration, networking, etc. from an O/S or server configuration level (Unix)
* Extensive experience working with Middleware product management to include installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support in a UNIX operating system environment hosting Java and/or J2EE applications
* Extensive experience managing WebLogic 10.3x or higher application servers Working knowledge of application build/deployment processes using Ant scripting or similar build/deployment technologies
* Working knowledge of LDAP based Identity Management systems such as Active Directory or OID
Prior working experience with installation, configuration and troubleshooting support for BPM, BPEL, UCM and BI application is highly desired
* professional experience in software or application development
* Extensive WebLogic experience
