Required Certifications: APLUS Cert, NetworkPLUS Cert, CNNA
Cert, MTA or MCTS Cert. Position subject to FAR 52.222-41, Service Contract Act
of 1965, as Amended Nov-07, and the most current SCA Wage Determination (WD)
located at http://www.wdol.gov under SCA WD's.

2. All RESFOR Remote
Site Support Technicians MUST have the following skills:
*Final Secret or better
clearance
*Advanced Active
Directory Knowledge and Experience
*Advanced Knowledge and
Experience with Microsoft products (specifically Windows 7 Operating Systems)
*Advanced Knowledge of
a COTS ticketing system (preferably Remedy or Heat)
**Please note that all
technicians will be trained on SM9 for incident reporting
*Knowledge of Common
Access Card (CAC)
*Knowledge of Navy
customer (prior NMCI experience is a plus, prior
Military experience is
helpful)
*Knowledge of printers
(network and stand-alone, multiple vendors)
*Exceptional customer
support skills
*Able to lift and carry
50 lbs
*Able to work with
minimal direction
*Able to quickly
identify and resolve issues and follow set escalation paths when/if required
3. All applicants must
be able to travel on short notice and consistently up to 90% of the month.
The standard work week
is 40 hrs within a seven day period (Monday to Sunday)
8 hours a day with zero
OT unless prior approved by both customer and leadership in writing.
