managing and successfully delivering development projects and support
services of similar scope ($2-5M) involving large
enterprise application(s) (at least 200+ users)
- Experience
with Oracle
E-Business Suites
- Successfully
managed
at least 10 reports
- Interviewed and hired at least 8
staff members in a hiring
manager role who went on to be successful fits
- Successfully
implemented new processes & methodology to improve a large
organization
- Successfully
handled change management challenges
- Achieved
success as a result of mentoring and coaching a team
