Job Description:
Support Team Lead (Oracle EBS
Financials)
Position will lead a team of 5 Oracle
EBS Financial support analysts and interact directly with the client. They will
proactively provide guidance and consulting to the client on Oracle
MUST HAVE:
- Oracle EBS core financial
modules experience (AP, AR, PO, GL, Cash
Management)Ticket management experience
- This position will be 50/50
functional & technical- candidates should have experience with Oracle
EBS on both a function & a technical side
- Experience with SLA Time Frames
- Previous Team Lead
Experience(experience managing direct reports)
- Managing day to day activities
- Assigning tasks
- Setting priorities
- Coaching
- Mentoring
- Evaluating performance
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience in a formal application
support environment (helpdesk, SLA’s, triage, etc)
