Team-based software development – 6
years
Use of MQ and WebSphere Message Broker (WMB) including ESQL, routing and mapping nodes, java compute, HTTP, JMS nodes to create complex software solutions – 6 years
Use of Enterprise Java (J2EE) to create complex software solutions– 4 years
WebSphere Transform Extender (WTX) programming – 3 years
WebSphere Process Server/WebSphere Business Manager programming – 2 years
Relational Database and SQL programming – 4 years
Use of Eclipse-based IDEs including both RAD and WID – 4 years’ Experience using configuration management, build automation, and deployment automation tools in large (>50 programmers) software development projects – 2.5 years
DB2 programming – 2 years
Use of software design patterns – 4 years
Writing and maintaining UNIX shell scripts – 2 years
